Governance

The Prince of Wales is Founder of the charity. The Board of Trustees are responsible for the oversight of the PWCF group. Day-to-day management is delegated to the Senior Management Team.

Founded in 1979, The Prince of Wales's Charitable Foundation (PWCF) trades as The Prince of Wales’s Charitable Fund. PWCF was registered as a company limited by guarantee on 19th December 2008 and a charity in England and Wales on 22nd December 2008.

The Board of Trustees are responsible for the oversight of PWCF. Day-to-day management of the organisation is delegated to the Senior Management Team. Trustees from time to time consult The Prince of Wales to ensure that PWCF continues to support His Royal Highness’s charitable interests and deliver the charitable objects of PWCF.
