Works to reduce social isolation, loneliness, and poverty through sharing resources, skills and expertise amongst unique groups. Bright Futures provides support and services to local children, young people, parents, the elderly and those with disabilities in Rhyl, a small town on the North Wales coast.
Plants and grows trees, restores and conserves forests and strengthens community and ecosystem resilience - changing landscapes and livelihoods across the Commonwealth.
Promotes the conservation of burial sites and supports the volunteers who look after and maintain them. Recognises burial sites as centres for wildlife.
